**What we are looking for**:
Tendable is seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Owner with a background in healthcare and engineering to join our dynamic team. As a Technical Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in leading the development and delivery of our healthcare technology products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and business stakeholders, to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful product delivery.

You are comfortable working alone, whilst being keen to learn and contribute to the wider team. You enjoy solving challenges head-on and you’re not afraid to leave your comfort zone when the need arises. You are motivated by being part of a growing business and playing an active role in that growth.

Most importantly, you are enthusiastic about making an impact on the working lives of health and social care staff, from the front line to the board.

**Responsibilities**:
**You’ll have**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role preferably in a healthcare technology environment.
- Willingness to learn healthcare workflows, regulations, and compliance standards.
- Demonstrate ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment, using methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

**Nice to have**:

- Knowledge of using Amplitude, Google Analytics or other data visualisation tools
- Able to run interact customer facing feedback sessions
