London, Greater London, United Kingdom DevRev Full time £80,000 - £120,000 per year

DevRev

At DevRev, we're building the future of work with Computer – your AI teammate.

Computer is not just another tool. It's built on the belief that the future of work should be about genuine human connection and collaboration – not piling on more apps.
Computer is the best kind of teammate: it amplifies your strengths, takes repetition and frustration out of your day, and gives you more time and energy to do your best work.

How?

Easy: it's the only platform capable of…

Complete data unification
Most AI products focus on either structured data (like CRM records and support tickets), or unstructured data (like documents and emails). Computer AirSync connects everything, unifying all your data sources (like Google Workspace, Jira, Notion) into one AI-ready source of truth: Computer Memory.

Powerful search, reasoning, and action
Once connected to all your tools and apps, Computer is embedded in your full business context. It can find and summarize, sure. Even more impressive: it offers employees insights, strategic and proactive suggestions, plus powerful agentic actions.

Extensions for your teams and customers
Computer doesn't make you choose between new software and old. Its AI-native platform lets you extend existing tools with sophisticated apps and agents. So your teams – and your customers – can take action, seamlessly. These agents work alongside you: updating workflows, coordinating across teams, and syncing back to your systems.

This isn't just software. Computer brings people back together, breaking down silos and ushering in the future of teamwork, through human-AI collaboration. Stop managing software. Stop wasting time. Start solving bigger problems, building better products, and making your customers happier.

We call this Team Intelligence. It's why DevRev exists.

Trusted by global companies across multiple industries, DevRev is backed by Khosla Ventures and Mayfield, with $150M+ raised. We are 650+ people, across eight global offices.

Global Events & Experiential Leader

Location: London, U.S. (hybrid/remote)
Role Summary

You will lead DevRev's global flagship event programs, designing creative, world-class experiences that deliver against marketing and revenue goals. You'll build and manage a team, own budgets, manage agency partners (initially), and drive innovation in event formats—hybrid, digital + live, activation, immersive, etc. You'll work cross-functionally with marketing, product, demand gen, PR, and sales to integrate events into broader campaigns and GTM motion. This is a hands-on, high-velocity role requiring both strategic thinking and flawless execution in a scaling startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Vision

  • Develop a global events & experiential roadmap aligned with pipeline, awareness, brand, and PR goals
  • Invent new event formats, immersive experiences, content activations, and hybrid models that stand out and engage
  • Identify flagship event opportunities (owned events, user conferences, roadshows, regional summits) and manage their positioning, scale, and impact

Team Building & Leadership

  • Recruit, mentor, and scale a world-class events / experiential team to cover global regions
  • Transition from agency-led to in-house model over time, with clear plans for ramping internal capacity
  • Create standard operating procedures, playbooks, tools, and frameworks for event planning and execution

Execution & Delivery

  • Oversee end-to-end event management: concept → budgeting → vendor sourcing → logistics → content & programming → production → post-event wrap-up
  • Ensure top-tier attendee experience, seamless logistics, brand fidelity, and operational excellence onsite
  • Manage agency partners, negotiate contracts, monitor deliverables, and ensure accountability and quality

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with Product Marketing, Demand Gen / Campaigns, Digital, PR, Sales, and Regional Marketing to embed events into broader programs
  • Align event messaging, content, and collateral with product, GTM, and brand narratives
  • Coordinate lead capture, follow-up sequencing, post-event engagement, and attribution in partnership with Ops / Marketing

Budgeting, ROI & Metrics

  • Own event budgets — forecast, allocate, track, and optimize spend
  • Define and monitor KPIs: pipeline contribution, attendee engagement, press / media impact, cost per lead / opportunity, ROI
  • Conduct post-event analysis and post-mortems to continuously improve future events

Innovation & Trends

  • Stay ahead of event and experiential trends: XR/AR, immersive tech, community activations, hybrid & virtual ecosystems
  • Test and pilot new formats, technologies, and engagement models to drive differentiation
  • Research new vendor, production, and experiential partners globally

Qualifications & Experience

Must Have

  • 10+ years in B2B / enterprise / tech event management, experiential marketing, or related leadership roles
  • Proven track record of executing large-scale global flagship events, hybrid and in-person
  • Experience managing agency relationships and gradually shifting toward in-house execution
  • Strong vendor negotiation, contract management, production, and logistics acumen
  • Demonstrated ability to innovate and push beyond standard event formats
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to manage stakeholder expectations
  • Proven budget ownership and ROI accountability
  • Ability to operate in high ambiguity, fast growth settings and make high-stakes decisions under pressure

Preferred / Plus

  • Experience in SaaS, AI, developer tools, or other technical / enterprise sectors
  • Deep familiarity with event tech stacks, audience engagement tools, and experiential platforms
  • Global / regional event experience across US, EMEA, APAC
  • Experience launching new flagship events from the ground up
  • Strong presence, storytelling, and ability to represent the company externally at events and in media

Success Metrics (First 9–12 Months)
  • Launch one or more new flagship / owned events with strong attendance, attendee satisfaction, and pipeline impact
  • Begin transitioning agency-managed events in at least one region to internal team execution
  • Deliver measurable pipeline influence, press mentions, and awareness lift attributable to events
  • Build and stabilize the foundational team, playbooks, frameworks, and tools needed for scalable execution
  • Establish clear metrics / dashboards showing ROI, cost per event, attendee conversion, and learnings

Working Conditions
  • This role works across global time zones; travel will be required to attend, lead, and execute major events
  • You must be comfortable with a "start-up while scaling" environment, where many processes will be built or improved as you go
  • You'll report to senior marketing leadership and partner closely with GTM, product, and executive tea
