Your job:
We are seeking an Senior Events Coordinator, EMEA to join our dynamic marketing team. This role will drive the planning and execution of client and industry events across Europe, the Middle East, Sweden and Asia — creating experiences that strengthen relationships, generate pipeline, and position us as a thought leader in the fintech ecosystem.

Your responsibilities:
Deliver on events strategy that aligns to EMEA growth objectives and global brand priorities.

  • Plan and execute client summits, roundtables, roadshows, tradeshows, and partner events across multiple markets.
  • Localize global event campaigns to reflect EMEA market needs, cultural nuances, and compliance requirements (including GDPR).
  • Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to ensure events support pipeline growth, client acquisition, and retention goals.
  • Manage end-to-end logistics: venue selection, vendor negotiations, contracts, AV, production, and on-site management.
  • Partner with content and executive teams to secure thought leadership opportunities, speaker placements, and sponsorship activations.
  • Track event KPIs (attendance, engagement, lead quality, revenue impact) and deliver data-driven insights.
  • Manage event budgets with precision, ensuring cost efficiency and measurable ROI.

About you:

  • 3-5 years of Events experience and delivering events across EMEA.
  • Strong background in B2B fintech, SaaS, or highly regulated industries.
  • Proven success managing regional events of 20–2,000+ attendees across multiple countries.
  • Expertise in compliance-sensitive event delivery (GDPR, data security, financial services regulations).
  • Proficiency in event management platforms (Cvent, Bizzabo, Aventri) and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot).
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a strong advantage.
  • Exceptional project management, communication, and vendor negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment with frequent travel (up to 40%).
