Role Description
This is a contract role for an Event Coordinator, based on-site in London. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning and managing events, communicating with vendors, providing excellent customer service, and promoting events to residents. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating event logistics, ensuring events run smoothly, handling resident inquiries, and supporting sales efforts related to event activities.
Qualifications
- Event Planning and Event Management skills
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Sales skills and experience in promotional activities
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the BTR or real estate industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field is advantageous
