Event Coordinator

BLAST is looking for a full time Event Coordinator to help support the planning and delivery of designated BLAST tournaments throughout the year.
This is a varied and fast paced role, working with all departments across BLAST to coordinate their requirements for arena shows. The ideal candidate will be based in either the UK (with ability to travel to the London office on agreed dates) or in Copenhagen and will be willing to travel internationally multiple times a year.
Requirements
- Experience in event delivery
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to multi task across multiple projects, prioritizing as necessary
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments across the organization
- Ability and willingness to travel to Arena events globally when required
- Supporting the relevant Event team members with various pre-planning tasks for arena events around the world.
- Supporting the relevant Event Manager on-site during Events on tasks including accreditation, catering and ground transport.
- Researching and coordinating hotel arrangements for crew, talent and teams, including room block bookings, rooming lists, check-in/check-out schedules, special requests, and last-minute changes.
- Managing on-site catering for crew and teams, including vendor coordination, menu planning, dietary requirement tracking, scheduling, and on-site setup/cleanup.
- Raising and managing the PO's and invoices for the Event Department.
- Other ad hoc duties as required by the Events team.
