What's Involved?
As a Store Manager, you'll be centre stage in one of our stunning, purpose-built showrooms, helping customers bring their dream kitchens to life while building a team that's motivated to succeed together.
Our store managers come from all walks of life, and that's what makes us unique. We're looking for a perfect blend of sales expertise, creativity, and leadership, along with 2-3 years previous experience as a retail manager in the kitchen, bedroom or bathroom sector. What do we need from you?

- At least 2-3 years previous experience in the KBB retail industry leading a team.
- A proven track record in sales with exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong leadership abilities to guide a team that's motivated and empowered.
- A creative mindset and the flexibility to mix things up with varied working hours.
- A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
