We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Seasonal Associates to join our team during the busy season. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about providing exceptional customer service. As a Seasonal Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a positive shopping experience while assisting with various tasks throughout the store.
Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide assistance in selecting products.
- Sell merchandise by effectively communicating product features and benefits.
- Upsell additional items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Maintain an organised and tidy sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed and easily accessible.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting stock checks.
- Operate the till efficiently, ensuring accurate transactions while adhering to phone etiquette standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.
Skills
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to converse fluently in English.
- Excellent organisational skills to manage tasks effectively in a busy environment.
- Time management abilities to prioritise duties and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Experience in upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities.
- A friendly disposition with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 1 month
Pay: From £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 18 – 27 per week
