As the
Airtech Key Account Manager for the North
, you will be responsible for driving and sustaining sales growth within the
Social Housing Supply and Fit sector
across your defined territory. Operating within the Social Housing and Local Authority channels, you will generate leads and opportunities that support sales of the
RMI–Public product range.

You will act as a trusted partner to existing customers while identifying and developing new accounts to expand market presence. In addition, you will be accountable for achieving
supply-only sales targets within your area.

Key responsibilities:

  • Presenting the company's products and services in a professional & structured manner to maximise sales within new and existing accounts.
  • Act as a true partner to existing customers, providing solutions to maintain and grow their accounts.
  • Leverage their skillset in developing and opening new accounts within the LA/HA sectors.
  • To communicate with customers and departments within the Airtech brand in a clear and timely manner.
  • To follow up all outstanding quotations and provide feedback on won or lost opportunities.
  • Provide a weekly update using company reporting systems
  • Fully understand the customer base on the sales territory within the Social Housing sector, specifically: Local Government, Housing Associations and RMI Contractors/ Installers and other Influencers
  • To be incisive and experienced on territory and account management along with lead generation of new business to encourage sales growth month on month.
  • Manage a sales funnel and project volumes of work to allow the business to utilise resources – work closely with NSM and CM to achieve this.
  • Understand current legislation and utilise this accordingly.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Previous territory & account management experience.
  • Previous experience of lead generation of new business to encourage sales growth month on month.
  • A rich professional sales history within the social housing sector, preferable
  • A deep understanding of the market sector & customer behaviours.
  • Able to demonstrate true Key Account Management skills, from winning new business to growing and maintaining accounts.
