Your New Role…
The Corporate Communications team plays a pivotal role in shaping how Warner Bros. Discovery tells its story – promoting the company's narrative, values, and initiatives.
As Corporate Communications Manager, International, you'll deliver creative, high-impact communications programmes across key business areas including content, partnerships, distribution, ad sales, marketing and licensing. You'll play a key role in the international press office, driving proactive engagement to strengthen Warner Bros. Discovery's reputation and relationships with media, partners, and stakeholders.
This is a collaborative and fast-moving role within a small, high-performing team that works closely with colleagues across WBD's communications network – including global, international, and in-country communication teams, sports communications, government relations, and international communications.
Your Role Accountabilities…
Strategic Communications: Develop and execute external communications strategies, campaigns, and events that elevate Warner Bros. Discovery's visibility and reputation across International.
Content Creation: Produce compelling communications materials such as press releases, statements, briefing documents, and research summaries that support major partnerships, investments, and initiatives.
Media Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with international, business, and trade media. Identify opportunities to showcase leadership stories and promote key company priorities.
Crisis Communications: Prepare and coordinate issues and crisis communications, ensuring timely and effective responses to protect and strengthen the brand's reputation.
Regional Coordination: Partner with in-country communications teams to ensure a consistent flow of news and messaging across markets, maintaining alignment with the corporate brand and positioning.
Internal Collaboration: Work with internal stakeholders – including Content, Legal, Finance, Marketing, Ad Sales, Distribution, and Sports – to align messaging, share insights, and support business objectives.
Qualifications & Experience…
Significant experience in corporate communications, preferably within media, entertainment, or technology industries.
Proven ability to manage communications activities across multiple business areas and regions.
Strong media relations skills with established international or UK press contacts.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to clarity and tone.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under pressure.
Proven success in managing cross-functional relationships and building trust with stakeholders.
Sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information.
A collaborative team player with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.

Although you will be hired by Warner Bros. Discovery, upon the planned separation in 2026, your employment likely will transition to Warner Bros. or transition to Discovery Global. Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager.
