About the Role

Reporting and working closely with the Regional Manager - VIC MWR, this key leadership role will be responsible for driving operational excellence across the portfolio of homes with a focus on quality, consistency and leadership development. The role will support Managers to optimise their workforce, continuously improve resident experience and ensure both clinical and non-clinical compliance.

We are looking for someone who has:
  • Experience in senior leadership roles in aged care.
  • A track record of leading diverse teams, with a proven ability to lead change and improvement in a complex environment.
  • Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Outstanding customer service and a customer-first approach.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of quantitative data and qualitative data, coupled with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing strategic operational plans, with a track record of driving compliance.
  • Knowledge and understanding of funding, health/aged care national policy and regulations.
