LMF Energy Services is a growing leader in renewable energy solutions, delivering high-quality domestic and commercial solar PV installations, EV charging systems, and energy efficiency upgrades. We are currently working for a number of RSL's and completing small measured works in the retrofit part of the market.
Role Overview
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with experience in site management, project coordination, or project delivery who is looking to progress into a commercial and contract-focused role. The Junior Contracts Manager will support the negotiation, administration, and day-to-day management of contracts across our renewable installation projects. You will work closely with the Senior Managers and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered in line with contract terms, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with drafting, reviewing, and managing small project contracts and service agreements.
- Support tender submissions and commercial proposals by gathering documentation and identifying key contract requirements.
- Work with project delivery teams to ensure contract obligations, specifications, and service levels are clearly understood on-site and delivered.
- Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with contractual terms, variations, and change control processes.
- Maintain organised contract records, logs, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Contribute to identifying commercial risks and support the implementation of mitigation actions.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to clarify contract queries and support smooth delivery.
- Assist in preparing reports on contract performance, cost impacts, and commercial outcomes.
Skills and Experience
- Experience in site management, project coordination, project management, or a similar operational role within renewable energy, construction, or utilities.
- Strong understanding of project delivery processes and on-site operational considerations.
- Understanding of pas hub and how it operates.
- Interest in developing commercial knowledge, contract administration skills, and negotiation capability.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- High level of organisation and attention to detail.
- Competent with Microsoft Office and general project documentation tools.
- Exposure to contractual documents such as purchase orders, subcontracts, or supplier agreements.
- Working knowledge of solar PV, EV charging, or other renewable energy systems.
