Job Purpose 

As a Sales Advisor in our Total Waste Management (TWM) division, your goal is to drive new business growth and build long-term client relationships. You'll be at the forefront of our sales efforts, finding new opportunities, engaging with customers, and ensuring they get the best waste management solutions available.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities 

  • Pursuing new business: Research and identify potential clients, generate leads, and seize sales opportunities.
  • Building strong relationships: Engage with clients, understand their needs, and provide solutions that make their lives easier.
  • Creating  proposals: Develop tailored presentations that showcase the value of our services.
  • Smashing targets: Set ambitious sales goals and go above and beyond to exceed them.
  • Collaborating with the team: Work alongside operations and customer service teams to deliver outstanding service.
  • Staying ahead of the game: Keep up with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Key Skills 

  • A passion for sales and a drive to succeed in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and written skills – you know how to engage, persuade, and build trust.
  • A proactive mindset, always on the lookout for the next opportunity.
  • The ability to work independently while being a key team player.
  • A positive, can-do attitude with a desire to make an impact
  • Experience in sales or business development is a plus, but if you've got the energy and ambition, we'll provide full training.
  • Previous industry experience would be advantageous

Hours of work

40 hours per week - 8:30am - 5:00pm

Monday to Friday

No weekends
