Here at our O2 store in **Kidderminster**, we have an opportunity for an ambitious, dynamic and talented person to work with our great team.

**Our basic Salary **is** £20,000.00 + Bonus (avg. OTE £22.5k).** **Part time hours are paid at pro rata.**

Hours of work will be up to **40** per week.

**Key responsibilities**
- Ensure that you are up to date with all o2 products and services.
- Ensure that you and the store team consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Support the implementation and execution of all new and existing products.
- Support the store in exceeding performance targets.
- Using in store systems ensure all sales processes are consistently adhered to.
- Merchandising, appearance of the store, self and the team is of the highest standard.

**What we’re looking for in Sales Advisor**:

- Someone with a willingness to achieve and exceed key performance indicators
- Someone who is confident, resilient and enthusiastic.
- Someone who is articulate and enjoys talking to customers.
