Quality Assurance Department Administrator
This is a permanent role within our Project Engineering QA team providing administrative support to the department. The Engineering QA Department is key in supporting the delivery of build-to-print projects/components for the Power Generation, Nuclear and Defence industries.
Tasks include:
Quality Record collation, Archiving and Retention
KPI Performance Data Gathering and Reporting
Document Management / Control
General Office Administration including: Scanning, Copying, Typing of procedures, Typing meeting minutes & Writing reports
Working Hours are typically 8am to 4pm (37.5 hrs per week) Monday to Friday although we can flexible if required for the right candidate with salary at a pro-rata basis.
You will be someone who is well organised and preferably from a clerical background.
Experience of working within a Quality Department or Engineering/manufacturing environment is useful but not essential as we are interested in what transferrable skills you can bring to the role.
An ability to operate calmly under pressure and manage own priorities to deliver to deadlines
Attention to detail is key
Good level of computer literacy necessary
Good verbal and written communication skills
Potential future requirement to hold security clearance which will be arranged by the company
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £27,500.00-£30,000.00 per year
