Job Title: Occupational Therapist - Community Based
Location:  East Riding of Yorkshire
Pay Rate: £33 per hour

What will your responsibilities be?

Conduct comprehensive assessments for individuals with complex physical, cognitive, or social needsRecommend and implement appropriate aids and adaptations to promote independence and safetyCollaborate with service users, carers, and multidisciplinary professionals to develop tailored, person-centred support plansDeliver high-quality care in a community setting, ensuring dignity, respect, and empowerment at every step

Qualifications & Experience:

Qualified Occupational Therapist with current HCPC registrationProven experience in community-based work, particularly with aids and adaptationsStrong understanding of complex health and social care conditionsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skillsWhat We Offer
