The Role:

Working with the Project Lead. Ultimately responsible for the project, the Senior Research Fellow will be required to plan and deliver the 'verbal coding of interview transcripts' project, including project managing the research activity; liaison with members of the wider project team and with other organisations involved with the project.

The successful candidate will manage the progress of the project in line with the project terms of reference. Disseminate findings including through papers for research journals, conferences and public events and engage in the development of funding applications. Contribute to the growing research culture and wider academic work of the School.

Whilst there is a need to be in Portsmouth a few days a week, hybrid working is available for this role. The interviews are currently anticipated to be held on 25 November 2025. This appointment is a fixed-term contract until 31 March 2026.
