We're scaling fast. We provide property maintenance, cleaning, handyman, gardening, and trade services to major estate agents and property managers across London, Berkshire, and Surrey.

We've just secured exclusive contracts with leading property management companies. Now we need employee #1 to help us grow from startup to £1M+ revenue - and become our Operations Director along the way.

The Role

Win business (40%):

• Call estate agencies and property managers daily

• Present services and close contracts worth £20-50k annually

• Build lasting client relationships

Run operations (60%):

• Manage contracts through Fixflo software

• Coordinate cleaning teams, handymen, and tradespeople

• Handle quotes, invoices, and payments

• Ensure flawless delivery of every job

Background in sales, property, estate agency, operations, or hospitality management ideal but NOT essential. We're hiring hunger and capability.

• Year 1: Coordinator (£25-28k) - Win 8+ contracts, master operations

• Year 2: Senior Coordinator (£30-35k) - £35k monthly revenue, manage 3-5 staff

• Year 3: Operations Manager (£38-45k) - £60k monthly revenue, manage 8-10 staff

• Year 4+: Senior Manager (£50-60k+) - Strategic leadership, 15+ staff

Plus performance bonuses: £ per contract won.
