Description

  • Manage and process accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain strong relationships with French-speaking clients to ensure timely payments.
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Assist in generating financial reports and statements as required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.
  • Collaborate with the wider Accounting & Finance team to support financial operations.
  • Contribute to process improvements within the accounts receivable function.
  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Profile

A successful French Speaking AR Role candidate should have:

  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in accounts receivable or a related finance role.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
