Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Community Manager. The Community Manager will be responsible for engaging with our community, managing online and offline communications, organizing events, and ensuring members are well-supported. They will also develop strategies to grow the community, foster engagement, and collect feedback to improve services. This is an on-site role based in London.

Qualifications

  • Community Engagement, Online and Offline Communication skills
  • Event Planning and Organization skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing community growth strategies
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to collect and analyze feedback
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms and community management tools
  • Experience in financial services or related fields is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
