Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Junior Communication Manager to join our team. You will assist in defining and executing the strategic communication plan while helping to strengthen our brand visibility. You will work closely with internal teams and be involved in the operational management of Community Managers.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of the strategic communication plan.
- Oversee and guide the Community Manager team.
- Contribute to creating engaging content consistent with the brand image.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of communication activities.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication, Marketing, or related field.
- Some experience in digital communication and/or team management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative, organized, and proactive.
