Head of Demand Generation, Amadeus Cytric

The head of demand generation for Amadeus Cytric leads the development of compelling, impactful and integrated marketing campaigns that drive demand, engagement, and brand awareness. The primary focus for this role is to deliver revenue growth through pipeline generation.

Your common accountabilities:

- Has specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in designing, directing and executing highly effective marketing campaigns. Provides expert guidance, promotes innovation and formally trains groups of less experienced professionals.​

- Has a broad understanding of the environment and uses it to improve efficiency, recommends solutions/best practices and influence the strategy of the department. Translates the strategy of the activity into a concrete action plan for the area, setting and monitoring targets for the team.

- Works independently, based on management directions. May coordinate functional teams or projects and serves as a best practices/quality resource.

Specific accountabilities:

- Identify the needs of the customers and potential customers as well as opportunities and key priorities to create value for both the direct and indirect sales channel for Corporations.

- Develop comprehensive marketing campaign plans for a defined customer segment/geography/product range with key focus on generating pipeline.

- Monitor, measure and evaluate the investment in campaign activations and propose improvements to increase efficiency.

- Design and define the objectives as well as key performance indicators for marketing campaigns and the overall demand generation program for Corporations.

- Work in close coordination with the rest of the marketing team and with product marketing to ensure campaigns are aligned with regional priorities, with the ICP and the value proposition.

- Recommends process, activation or strategy improvements based on understanding and anticipation of internal and external business challenges

- Autonomously solves unique and complex problems that have broad impact in the business - receives guidance from Senior management only in the most complex situations

- Consult with internal/external customers to determine campaign objectives and requirements.

- Collaborate with purpose and clarity with agencies and internal teams on the asks for relevant and impactful content to fuel campaigns.

- Co-ordinate lead generation and follow-up with the Lead Development team.
