Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised individual to join our team as a Product Labelling Coordinator. This office-based role is essential to the smooth running of our production operations, ensuring that all packed products are correctly labelled in line with customer, legal, and logistical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and print product labels according to predefined templates in various languages and specifications.
  • Ensure all labels contain accurate information including product details, pack and expiry dates, lot numbers, barcodes and/or QR codes.
  • Liaise with internal departments such as Sales and Technical, as well as directly with customers (by phone, email or in person) to confirm and verify label requirements.
  • Maintain stock levels of label supplies and ensure the label printing area is organised and fully equipped.
  • Work efficiently to meet tight production and shipping deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Perform regular checks to ensure label accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist with any other administrative duties as required.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy is essential.
  • Good computer skills, including familiarity with label printing software (training can be provided).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative or labelling role is desirable but not essential.
  • Experience in food production, manufacturing, or logistics sectors would be an advantage.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday – Minimum 40 hours per week
  • Actual working hours may vary depending on production demands
  • Current average: 45 hours per week
  • Flexibility is essential, especially during busy periods and to meet production or shipping deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £25,300.00-£28,500.00 per year
