_**Access Personnel Ltd are currently hiring a General Operatives on behalf of our leading Seafood client, based in Fraserburgh. **_

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure products meet the desired specifications as set by each customer.
- Ensure traceability is maintained throughout the production process.
- Complete any relevant paperwork in accordance with Company requirements.
- Maintain PPE and utensils given to the required standard.
- Maintain knowledge of HACCP, basic food hygiene and GMP (after initial training).
- Understand and practise the requirements for different trims and cuts.
- Maximise yield requirements for different species.
- Ensure packaging and labelling meets the Company and customer requirements.
- Handle fish correctly with due care and in accordance with instruction.
- Carry out all lifting tasks in line with instruction and Manual Handling Instruction.
- Maintenance and proper usage of equipment used for movement of materials.
- Any other reasonable request from your supervisor/manager.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a warehouse or production setting is required.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed.
- We are currently looking for Operatives to work
- Monday-Friday. _
- Immediate starts available._

- Seafood processing: 1 year (preferred)
