Role Purpose

To provide support to the Sales team (selected National Account Managers and Senior Sales colleagues) to ensure the sales function's activity is efficient and focused.

Principal Accountabilities

  • To provide the sales team with administrative and co-ordination support.
  • To coordinate the admin associated with product launches.
  • To provide admin and pricing support to the Export Nam.
  • To manage the sales inquiries
  • To co-ordinate and attend sales meetings
  • To co-ordinate SOS and any other clearance stock. Liaising with finance, production, sales and marketing to produce WIGIG lists and offer to clearance customers
  • To be first point of contact for members of the public calling customer service.
  • Other tasks as occasionally requested by your Line Manager.

Skills and Knowledge

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Great level of organisation
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong spreadsheet and word processing skills.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple requests potentially at short notice.
  • Good understanding of customer base and product range.
  • Basic commercial understanding.
