Answer customer enquiries and help process orders accurately. Keep customer and sales information organised and up to date. Work with other departments to make sure information is shared smoothly. Help put together basic sales reports. Arrange sales meetings and follow up on simple actions. Assist with creating basic promotional materials or presentations when needed. What We're Looking For Some experience in a sales, customer service, or admin role, ideally in manufacturing or a similar environment. Good communication skills and a friendly manner with customers and colleagues. Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage several tasks at once. Confidence using Microsoft Office and an interest in learning CRM systems. A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
