- To be the face of the customer, meet and greet all visitors and contractors in a professional and courteous manner
- Ability to take responsibility by supporting staff with any problems they may encounter
- Complete all on site documentation as necessary when accepting deliveries
The ability to develop relationships with internal and external customers to understand and address
Enforce health and safety procedures
- Ensure all walkways are always kept clear and debris free
- Fully understand and be able to carry out the role required in emergency situations as directed by your manager
Main Duties
Overall Purpose of the Role
Collection, sorting and delivery of all mail (internal and external) which includes, but not limited to, couriers, parcels, special deliveries .
Timely mail collection and dispatch to the correct department / desks where required
Responding to emails and office correspondences in a timely manner
Provide a level of service that meets customer needs and care requirements to safely manage all site operational activities
Ensure all services conducted are compliant to all company, contractual, legislative, statutory and local requirements

- Organisational skills to be efficient and effective, allowing services to be delivered promptly and reliably
- Ability to analyse problems and identify solutions including risks and impacts to the business
