About the Company
We believe each of us deserves the opportunity to get all that we can from our money. Since 2022, Nevly has been on a mission to design and build products that empowered every individual to do just that. We are rapidly innovating - pushing boundaries, experimenting boldly, and continuously learning - to create solutions centered around tackling the most challenging aspects of financial health with a focus on elevating the human experience.
As we continue on this journey we keep focus on the fact that two things are essential to our success: our people and our culture. We value talented people who are passionate about solving extremely hard problems and who possess an unwavering level of empathy for those we are charged with serving. We embrace a culture of experimentation and one that focuses on continuous improvement and learning.
Nevly can best be defined by collaborative, trusting, thought-provoking, outcome-driven environments inside of a forward-thinking organization that looks to push boundaries. One that encourages diversity of thought and creative solutions that are in the best interests of our customers.
About the Role
Nevly is seeking a Director of Growth Marketing (the "Director") to participate materially in the building and leading of the Company's marketing department (the "Department"). As the Director, you will be the Company's first full time hire within the marketing department and will play a meaningful role, with other Company stakeholders, in the development and execution of the Company's growth marketing strategy. - Create performance marketing campaigns (in collaboration with relevant teams) that will be aimed at driving revenue and the Company's strategic business objectives.
- Create and test campaign messages, landing pages, and lead nurturing to optimize conversions and lead quality.
- Stay on top of the latest trends and emergent issues in our industry (business model changes, new tools, products, and features).
- Leveraging analytic tools to find ways to enhance the Company's growth marketing efforts.
- Implement metrics and reporting for programs, campaigns and pipeline results. Consistently use data to iterate and improve growth marketing initiatives.
Manage and develop the standards and best practices for campaigns, marketing operations, MarTech and reporting.
Position Requirements:
- Six (6) plus years of experience in consumer facing growth and/or demand generation.
- Proven track record of successful consumer facing growth campaigns.
- Performance-oriented with a proven track record of building comprehensive reporting and dashboards and driving data-driven optimization and investment decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, influence and work as part of a cross-functional team and willingness to take on responsibilities outside primary job description when necessary.
- Prior experience building and managing a team.
- Intellectually curious and highly accountable.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Compensation Package and Other Benefits:
