Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position as a Financial Director at Gekko Group - Marketing & Experiential in Newbury. The Financial Director will oversee financial planning and analysis, ensure the accuracy of financial statements and reporting, and manage the overall financial health of the company. Responsibilities include developing and implementing budgets, analysing financial data, preparing reports for stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with statutory and legal regulations also facilities & fleet amnagement. You will play a strategic role in driving financial decision-making and contribute to the continuous growth and efficiency of the organisation.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sage and Financial Planning and expertise in creating and managing budgets
  • Experience in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Reports
  • Strong Analytical Skills with a solid understanding of financial data interpretation
  • Comprehensive knowledge in Finance and Financial Reporting
  • Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work within a team environment and deliver results under tight deadlines
  • Professional certifications such as ACCA, CIMA, or ACA are a strong advantage
  • Prior experience in a marketing or agency environment is preferred
