Raven is here to make a difference, working as a team to build homes and change lives. We're also ambitious: a sector-leader in carbon reduction, with commercial ventures and a focus on the future. But it's not just what we do, it's how we do it that sets us apart from other organisations and helps us create a great experience for our customers and one another.

- We Put Customers First in everything we do.
- We will Always Be Curious about how we can do better.
- We work together to Make It Happen.
Want to be part of this? We're currently recruiting for a Housing Support Officer to join our Parashoot/Housing Support team.

Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing new referrals to establish what customer support is required to enable them to live independently.
- To assist customers in maximising their benefits, budgeting and managing debts, dealing with formals and correspondence, and sign posting to other agencies if required.
- Assisting in setting up tenancies and sourcing essential household items for their home.
- Developing and reviewing support plans with customers and making weekly contact, which can include visits, telephone calls, emails, and text messages.
What you'll bring to Raven:
For this role, we are looking for someone with the following:
- A good understanding of the housing support needs of vulnerable people whilst demonstrating excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong IT skills, including Office 365 and bespoke systems.
- Experience and knowledge of assessment and support planning systems and skills.
- A full, clean driving licence with use of own personal car.
You will also share our values: earning trust by being open and accountable, listening with an open mind, working collaboratively, and caring about making things better.
Enhanced DBS clearance will be required for this role.
