Want to be part of our community? We're currently recruiting for a Tenancy Enforcement Manager to join our Tenancy Enforcement team.
What you'll achieve in the role:
The overall purpose of this role is to lead the delivery of an efficient, high performance, customer-focused Tenancy Enforcement service that robustly but empathetically manages complex and escalated cases triaged from the Housing team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead the delivery of an efficient Tenancy Enforcement service, managing complex and escalated cases.
- Tackle anti-social behaviour, tenancy breaches, and lease violations with empathy and professionalism.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies to improve community safety.
- Drive team performance through proactive case management and KPI monitoring.
- Extensive working knowledge and experience in managing possessions and injunctions through the civil court process, including case preparation and presentation.
What you'll bring to Raven:
For this role, we are looking for someone with the following:
- Proven knowledge of the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014 and related enforcement tools.
- Experience managing possessions and injunctions through the civil court process.
- Strong understanding of housing law and tenancy agreements.
- Excellent conflict resolution and de-escalation skills.
- Ability to analyse data and use insights to inform decisions.
