Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Birmingham or Skelmersdale, for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and building strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing accounts, coordinating with internal teams to meet client requirements, and handling customer inquiries effectively. The role also involves preparing reports, creating proposals, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Qualifications

  • Account management, relationship building, and customer service skills
  • Communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in tracking, monitoring performance, and reporting
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry and expertise in tooling or manufacturing processes preferred
  • Analytical problem-solving and team collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • On-site at the Birmingham / Skelmersdale location
