HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
The Projects & Workflow Manager acts as the operational and strategic backbone of the Global Strategic Communications & Partnerships department, ensuring flawless execution, structured follow-up, and cross-functional coordination. This role is responsible for managing the department's budget and key deliverables, driving transversal projects, and providing strategic support to the Director and wider team. Combining project management, strategic planning, and executive coordination, the position ensures the department operates efficiently and remains aligned with Group priorities.
Budget & Resource Management:
- Oversee the department's annual budget, including allocations across projects
- Track and reconcile expenditures, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and timely reporting
- Prepare regular budget updates and forecasts for management review
- Support financial alignment with Group processes and deadlines
Strategic Projects & Coordination:
- Coordinate key departmental and cross-functional projects from planning through delivery
- Maintain an updated task tracker for ongoing initiatives, including owners, timelines, and milestones
- Monitor progress and proactively identify risks, dependencies, and required actions
- Compile and consolidate team feedback for leadership updates and reports
Transversal Presentations & Reporting:
- Prepare strategic and transversal presentations for Group, departmental, and team meetings
- Contribute to department decks, Executive Committee materials, and Function Board presentations
- Update content and slides to reflect recent achievements, open topics, and ongoing priorities
- Ensure messaging consistency and high-quality visual execution across all decks
Cross-Group & Maison Requests:
- Management of all incoming requests from Maisons and Group departments
- Log, assign, and monitor all requests to ensure timely and complete responses
- Track open topics and ensure appropriate documentation and follow-through
- Support the Director in managing complex or sensitive cross-entity topics
Meetings, Documentation & Governance:
- Prepare, draft, and circulate clear, high-level minutes following internal and external meetings
- Ensure action items are captured, assigned, and tracked to completion
- Maintain archives and reference materials to ensure institutional memory and traceability
- Support preparation and coordination for the Management Committees and other governance bodies
Internal Visibility & Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to better communicate and showcase departmental work internally and externally
- Develop and implement tools and templates that enhance workflow efficiency
- Act as a trusted partner to the Director, supporting the prioritisation of initiatives and ensuring alignment across teams
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
The ideal candidate is highly organised, proactive, and capable of navigating complex, fast-moving environments with discretion and professionalism. This position offers unique exposure to high-level communications strategy, Group governance, and the inner workings of a global luxury organisation.

- High discretion and integrity when handling sensitive information
- Genuine curiosity for communications, brand strategy, and the luxury sector
- Solid experience in project management, operations, communications, or strategy roles
- Prior exposure to luxury, fashion, media, or corporate communications environments preferred
- Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken); French language skills a plus
- Advanced knowledge of project management and productivity tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SAP, etc.)
