Due to expansion, we are hiring an experienced Health and Wellbeing Officer (Fieldbased) to join our existing team.

Health and Wellbeing Officer (Fieldbased) Essential Criteria:

  • Previous experience as a Field Care Supervisor for a busy Domiciliary Care Business.
  • Local area knowledge across Oxfordshire (Bicester, Kidlington, Marsh Green and surrounding areas)
  • Familiar with the use of rostering software and ECM.
  • Professional and responsive where there are issues and risks are reported by the staff teams and other health professionals
  • Knowledge of Local Authority compliance and CQC requirements
  • Champion of Service user rights
  • Experienced in Care Planning and Risk Assessments
  • Approachable and Knowledgeable in the mentorship of new staff
  • Confident leading with new assessments as directed by Regional Management.
  • Good communicator, well organised and proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Able to take direction from our Regional Managers to aide business growth.
  • Adaptable to respond as a Rapid Responder in emergency situations
  • Passionate about person centred care and support
  • Flexible to set up new packages of care and support for vulnerable people residing in their own homes
