An opportunity has arisen for a **Wellbeing Support Worker** to join the HR department in a rapidly expanding and exciting work environment. Fortescue Zero Wellbeing & Support is dedicated to the holistic wellbeing of the Fortescue Zero family and is available 24/7 to all Fortescue Zero board members, employees, contractors, consultants, families and loved ones. Our Wellbeing Support team, partner with our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) providers and various government
- registered organisations to ensure the overall well-being of all Fortescue Zero Family Members.

**Job role**:

- To model, demonstrate and promote the Fortescue values.
- As invited deliver timely, 24/7 on-call well-being support. Uphold professionalism by abstaining from case management or advocacy, while diligently providing appropriate care and referrals as per our policies and procedures.
- To provide confidential wellbeing support to all members of the Fortescue Zero family attached to their site, proactively supporting their social, spiritual, emotional, mental, and overall holistic wellbeing.
- Adhere to our professional standards, ensuring confidentiality while maintaining neutrality, open-mindedness, and non-judgmental interactions.
- Demonstrate professionalism by respecting diverse beliefs and traditions, ensuring inclusivity for all individuals and families, and refraining from promoting or advocating specific religious beliefs or practices, while adhering to our professional standards.
- Actively contribute to the ongoing development of Fortescue Zero Wellbeing & Support by reviewing and refining policies to align with our Vision, Mission, and Values.
- Consistently engage in Professional Supervision with a company approved professional / vendor.
- Proactively cultivate professional relationships across all areas of Fortescue's business, while respecting confidentiality and maintaining appropriate boundaries with teams and individuals in their respective work areas and on-site locations.
- Deliver wellbeing care and support to employees during site evacuations, following and adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure best practice and consistent care.
- To consistently maintain accurate statistical records and present substantive monthly reports as required by the Superintendent Wellbeing Support and Senior Manager Global Wellbeing & Support.
- To maintain consistent communication with the Superintendent Wellbeing Support, sharing emerging trends and de-identified themes of concern within the organisation, while also providing essential updates and feedback.
- Continuously refine wellbeing support skills through ongoing professional development and in collaboration with the Superintendent Wellbeing Support.
- Engage in professional development days and annual retreats with colleagues to foster growth, collegiality and collaboration.
- To provide wellbeing support as needed and fulfil additional duties as directed by the Superintendent Wellbeing Support or the Senior Manager Global Wellbeing & Support.

**You’ll have**:

- Demonstrated experience in providing comprehensive holistic Wellbeing Support across diverse organisational settings, fostering inclusivity and embracing individuals from diverse beliefs, social, and cultural backgrounds.
- Skilled in navigating intricate interpersonal dynamics and assessing individual needs, with knowledge in identifying and addressing wellbeing challenges common in the industry.
- Demonstrating advanced listening, reflective and communication competencies, adept at building rapport and fostering trust among diverse groups and individuals through strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficient and strong communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrates proactive and adaptable behaviours, capable of working autonomously, remotely, and collaboratively within team environments.
- Demonstrated commitment to professional supervision, reflective practice and upholding professional boundaries, while prioritising one’s own holistic wellbeing & self-care.
- Dedication and commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion.
- Demonstrated computer skills with the ability to use Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Minimum Cert IV in Mental Health, Pastoral Care, Counselling, Social Work, Health, or related discipline.
- Minimum 1 unit of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) or equivalent form of reflective practice.
