A leading consultancy is seeking a highly accomplished and strategic
D365 Director
to take ownership of large-scale, complex Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations delivery programmes. This is a senior client-facing role where you will engage directly with C-suite stakeholders, guide cross-functional teams, and drive innovative solutions that deliver measurable transformation and business value.

This Role Is for You If You Have:

  • Extensive experience delivering
    Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
    solutions, supported by a strong professional background in finance or business disciplines.
  • Strong expertise in
    business process mapping, modelling, and solution design
    , with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
  • A background in client-facing roles within a
    Microsoft Gold Partner / leading consultancy
    , with deep knowledge of key Dynamics modules.
  • Experience delivering to mid-market organisations, running programmes between £5M-£10M
  • Confidence in leading teams, managing senior stakeholder expectations, and navigating complex project conversations.
  • Proven ability to prioritise and manage
    multiple programmes, deadlines, and workstreams
    with precision and efficiency.

What Your Day Will Look Like:

  • Providing expert leadership across workstreams including testing, training, data, reporting and business change management.
  • Deploying reusable assets, documenting solution options, and driving consistency and efficiency across delivery models.
  • Engaging strategically with Microsoft and supporting go-to-market initiatives, ensuring project solutions align with Dynamics 365 best practices.
  • Leading and developing multidisciplinary teams across onshore, nearshore, and offshore delivery capability.
  • Analysing business requirements, managing scope changes, and ensuring impacts on teams or technical solutions are effectively controlled.
