Hours: 37 Hours per week

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and proactive HR Coordinator to join our friendly and supportive HR team at Leeds College of Building. You'll play a key role in supporting the College's people function, with a particular focus on the recruitment and onboarding of staff. Working collaboratively within the team, you'll help deliver an exceptional employee experience and contribute to the successful delivery of our People Strategy.

You must have the ability to work to deadlines, a high level of accuracy & attention to detail and be able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, you should possess at least a Level 3 qualification or equivalent.

This role is based in the UK. Home Office guidance states that candidates must evidence their right to work in the UK prior to commencing employment, either as a UK or Irish citizen, under the EU Settlement scheme or having secured any other relevant work visa.
