Immediate Temporary Senior EA Opportunity – Executive Assistant to CEO | Sustainable Energy | £55,000–£60,000 | Waterloo, London

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant for an immediate two-month (six to eight weeks) temporary assignment, supporting the Chief Executive Officer within a fast-paced C-suite environment in the sustainable energy sector.

This role is onsite in Waterloo, London, four days per week, working closely with the CEO and senior leadership team.

You'll demonstrate confidence in navigating senior stakeholders and providing proactive, thoughtful support in a dynamic environment.

The successful candidate will have board-level/strategic business partner experience, with proven expertise in board pack preparation, complex diary and logistics management and high-level communication.

You'll bring strong emotional intelligence, discretion, and the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.

This is a Level 4 on the Global Skills Matrix.
