Are you a Residential Property Manager looking to join a dynamic team in Grimsby?

Canters are seeking someone who will be responsible for managing a portfolio of property in the Grimsby, Cleethorpes and Lincoln areas. This is a great opportunity to demonstrate your experience of the management cycle whilst receiving support and training in your ongoing professional development.

You'll oversee and expanding portfolio, acting as the main point of contact for leaseholders, clients and residents. This is a hands-on role where you'll deliver a professional management service whilst progressing your career.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Full management of assigned portfolio
  • Preparing and managing service charge budgets
  • Managing planned maintenance and Section 20 notices and works
  • Regular property visits
  • Overseeing compliance with safety regulations
  • Handling all aspects of management, including service charge budgets
  • Building strong relationships with leaseholders, residents and clients
  • Chairing AGMs
  • Utilising property management software to keep everything running smoothly

We're looking for an individual who has:

  • Residential property management experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organised and punctual personality
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
  • Problem solving abilities
  • Strong administration and IT skills
  • An ability to build long-term relationships
  • A positive and encouraging attitude
  • Financial management experience, ideally with service charge budgets (but not essential)
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to use property management software
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Good to have:

  • IRPM (TPI) and/or ARMA qualifications
