We're hiring a Project Manager to help us deliver consistently as we scale.

The Role

You'll lead delivery across design, development, and strategy projects - owning timelines, managing internal teams, and keeping clients informed. The role is hands-on, fast-paced, and requires strong attention to detail.

You'll be embedded in project teams and work directly with founders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage delivery across multiple projects
  • Translate briefs into clear scopes and timelines
  • Lead sprint planning, stand ups, and delivery tracking
  • Coordinate between developers, designers, and clients
  • Spot risks early and keep projects moving
  • Improve delivery process and internal operations
  • Manage clients expectations throughout the project

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years in eCommerce project management (agency or brand side)
  • Comfortable managing cross-functional teams and multiple work streams
  • Strong written and verbal communicator
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and practical
  • Bonus

: Shopify or Figma experience
