Job Title:
Finance Manager.

We are representing a leading provider of powered access, tool hire, who also provide comprehensive training services for the construction industry who pride themselves on delivering exceptional service and supporting clients with safe, efficient, and cost-effective solutions.

As a Finance Manager you'll take full ownership of the day-to-day financial management of the business ensuring accuracy, compliance, and clear insight across all financial reporting.

You'll work closely with senior management to:

  • Deliver timely and accurate financial information.
  • Implement and maintain strong financial controls.
  • Drive efficiency across financial processes and reporting.
  • Support commercial decisions with sound financial analysis.

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious and hands-on finance professional who's ready to shape and lead a department making a real impact as the business continues to grow.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in a Financial Manager or Senior Finance role.
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge and attention to detail.
  • Sage experience is essential.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Commercially minded with the ability to influence and support business growth.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Salary:
£33,150-£38,675, DOE
