The Purchase Ledger Clerk will be responsible for co-ordinating and maintaining an effective Purchase Ledger service. More specifically duties will include:

- Manage the Purchase Ledger system
- Manage the payment process within the organisation
- Effective supplier liaison
- Post and allocate purchase ledger transactions
- Preparation of orders
- General Finance Administration

**Profile**
- Have experience in Purchase Ledger
- Be immediately available
- Have excellent interpersonal skills both written and verbal
- Have experience with computerised accounting systems
- Be proactive and enthusiastic
