We are Two Circles. We are a Sports & Entertainment Marketing business. We grow audiences and revenues. We do that by knowing fans best. We work with clients to help them understand & influence what their fans are doing – the way fans spend their money, the events that fans attend, the channels fans respond to, the content fans watch and more. And we use the understanding this gives us to help our clients grow. Grow their audiences and grow their revenues - both direct to consumer and business to business revenues. Our platforms and services are trusted by over 900 clients globally, including the English Premier League, Red Bull, UEFA, VISA, the NFL, Nike and Amazon. We are over 1000 people, based out of 15 offices, and we deliver work for sports and entertainment businesses of all shapes and sizes all over the world.

We are looking for an experienced, motivated Partnership Director to lead one of our most significant clients and the team that works on this client, setting the highest standards in delivering partnership management. The role will form a key member of the leadership team with overall accountability for the client project.

This is the first time that Two Circles has delivered full Partnership Management services to a client. We expect this to become a growing area of our business and the individual who is successful for this position will be expected to play a meaningful role in developing that capability within our business to support other clients. 

Responsibilities:

  • Overall leadership of the Partnership Management Team
  • Setting structures and processes which enable efficient and effective delivery of services
  • Ensuring consistent levels of delivery and approach across all Partners
  • Developing and managing the team to perform at their best
  • Ensuring Partners are utilising and maximising value from their partnership rights, thereby supporting future renewal discussions
  • Industry-leading reporting and demonstration of ROI/ROO 
  • Managing key Partner and Client relationships
  • Supporting the Sales Team through advanced brand conversations and providing a seamless link from sales through to contract and delivery
  • Supporting the development of future Partner Management services within Two Circles

  • A proven leader, with a strong ability to drive performance from their team
  • Excellent senior client and stakeholder management 
  • Strong communication skills – both internally and externally
  • Demonstrates a growth mindset and willingness to take on new challenges themselves and able to support others to do the same
  • Experience in leading partnership management programmes and delivering ROI for partners
  • Ability to deliver operational excellence and strategic thinking to drive 'value creation'
  • A team player who can adapt well in a matrix organisation
