About The Job
As the maternity cover Partnerships Director, you will step into a central leadership role focused on delivering an established partnership strategy and ensuring continuity across all partnership activity. With clear priorities, plans, and measures already in place, your role is to keep the programme running smoothly, maintain strong partner relationships, and ensure the team continues to perform at a high standard.
You'll bring the confidence and experience of a seasoned Partnerships Director—someone who can uphold the existing strategy while applying strategic thinking when refinements or course-corrections are needed. You'll provide steady, empowering leadership to the team, acting as a trusted point of guidance, escalation, and decision-making throughout your cover.
You will thrive here if you are a natural relationship-builder, commercially astute, and comfortable leading both people and partnerships. Most importantly, you'll bring the judgement, communication skills, and presence needed to keep momentum strong, maintain trust with partners, and ensure campaigns continue to deliver meaningful results.
What You'll Be Doing
You will lead the Partnerships function at Omaze, providing clear day-to-day direction, coaching, and support to the team to ensure smooth delivery of our established partnership strategy. You'll maintain strong, values-led relationships with our charity partners, ensuring campaigns are delivered seamlessly and in alignment with our mission.
Acting as the senior voice of Partnerships internally and externally, you will confidently navigate partner conversations and negotiations, protecting commercial value while nurturing trusted, collaborative relationships. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure partnerships are effectively integrated into house campaigns and operational plans.
You'll be responsible for overseeing the full partnership lifecycle—from contracting, compliance, and campaign delivery through to performance reporting—ensuring obligations are met and insights are captured. While the overarching strategy and approach are already in place, you will apply strategic thinking and sound judgement to adapt delivery when needed, ensuring the programme continues to run effectively throughout the cover period.
As an experienced Partnerships Director, you'll bring a strong track record of leading teams, managing high-impact partnerships, and delivering against business and partnership objectives.
