Role Description

The Assistant General Manager will provide high-quality administrative, operational, and project support to management teams within outpatient mental health service. The postholder will support the coordination of daily operations, service improvement initiatives, and governance activities while ensuring that the service runs efficiently and effectively.

Personal Specifications

  • Experience in strategic planning
  • Ability to manage client relationships and ensure excellent customer service
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
  • Proficiency in business development and marketing strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in healthcare industry

A Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check will be required as part of the pre-employment process, should an offer of employment be made.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
