Overview

My client is seeking an experienced
Enterprise SaaS Sales Professional
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of success driving complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles within Tier 1 organizations—particularly in financial services or digital banking. This is a strategic, consultative role focused on building long-term partnerships with enterprise clients and driving the adoption of high-value SaaS solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the full enterprise sales cycle — from prospecting and qualification through to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Develop and execute account-based strategies to target and win new Tier 1 enterprise clients.
  • Engage with multiple stakeholders, including senior executives, technology leaders, and procurement teams.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with enterprise customers, focusing on value creation and ROI.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and delivery teams to ensure alignment on client needs and solution positioning.
  • Manage complex RFPs, compliance processes, and commercial negotiations.
  • Provide structured pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to build market presence and credibility.

Core Experience & Background

  • 5–10+ years of proven success in
    Enterprise SaaS software sales
    , ideally within Tier 1 or global organizations.
  • Demonstrated track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with multiple decision-makers.
  • Experience selling
    strategic, high-value SaaS solutions
    with long sales cycles and multiple touchpoints.
  • Background in
    financial services technology
    or
    digital banking transformation
    (highly desirable).
  • Strong understanding of
    solution-based and consultative selling methodologies
    .
  • Experience engaging with
    major retail banks
    or large, matrixed enterprise clients.

Sales & Commercial Skills

  • Proven ability to
    navigate and influence across all seniority levels
    , from operational stakeholders to C-suite executives.
  • Expertise in developing and executing
    direct, partner, and channel-based
    sales strategies.
  • Deep understanding of
    enterprise procurement, compliance, and risk processes
    .
  • Strong
    negotiation and closing skills
    , with a focus on long-term client value and retention.
  • Ability to clearly articulate
    business outcomes, ROI, and strategic value
    to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Strong grasp of

  • Familiarity with
