Job Title: Enterprise SaaS Sales Manager

Summary
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise SaaS Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, business development, and HR technology, with a focus on building and maintaining partner relationships.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the enterprise SaaS market
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and alliances
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of SaaS solutions
  • Stay current on industry trends and market conditions to inform sales strategies
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis of sales performance and market trends

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in sales, particularly within the SaaS industry
  • Strong business development skills and experience in HR technology
  • Ability to effectively manage partner relationships and drive collaboration
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Additional skills such as CRM software proficiency and experience with enterprise-level sales are a plus.
