About the role

The Registration Product Success Lead provides strategic and functional leadership to the Product Success registration team, ensuring consistency, operational excellence, and strong stakeholder alignment. This role sets the benchmark for high-quality delivery and stakeholder satisfaction across all registration activities.

A key responsibility is to operationalise the online registration setup for all events hosted on the platform, driving rigorous standards and timely execution. Acting as a critical liaison between Product Success, Product, and global Business Units, the Lead translates business requirements into seamless registration experiences that support organisational goals

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support a team to deliver consistent, high-quality event registration outcomes.
  • Apply and uphold best practices and standards across all registration activities.
  • Monitor performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Oversee the configuration and testing of registration systems to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Identify and manage risks, resolving technical issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align on goals, resolve concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Ensure operational processes are scalable, inclusive, and consistently applied.
  • Promote a culture of learning, adaptability, and accountability within the team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in operational leadership, preferably in event or registration management.
  • Solid understanding of eCommerce platforms and content management systems.
  • Ability to analyse performance data and implement process improvements.
  • Strong stakeholder management and project leadership
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Commitment to inclusive practices and continuous learning.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
