Office Administrator – Electrical Contracting
We are a well-established and forward-thinking electrical contracting company seeking a skilled and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily administrative functions to support company operations and project delivery
- Manage client information, schedules, and job tracking through CRM software
- Prepare and process documentation, including quotes, invoices, purchase orders, and compliance records
- Maintain accurate data and reporting using Microsoft Excel and related software tools
- Provide professional communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
- Assist in maintaining the company's social media presence and contributing to digital communications
- Support management with project coordination, reporting, and other administrative requirements
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative or office management role
- Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities
- Confident communicator with a professional and courteous approach
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
- Experience within the construction or electrical contracting sector is advantageous
Skills and Experience
