Location: RNAS Culdrose, Helston, Cornwall, TR12 7RH

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8:00AM to 4:30PM)

Are you an organised and proactive Administrator looking for an exciting new opportunity?

As an Administrator in a team of 2 at our site RNAS Culdrose, you will play a key role in supporting the site management team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include managing appointments coordinating site access for subcontractors, handling health and safety documentation, and providing general administrative support to the office.

You will also be responsible for organising meetings, updating records, processing mail, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. This role requires a strong communicator with excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll need;

We are looking for someone with administrative experience, ideally within a facilities, construction, or infrastructure setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, and experience using CAFM systems would be an advantage. A full UK driving licence is required, as there will be occasional travel within the Southwest. Above all, we need someone with a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a strong sense of teamwork.
