About Us:

We're a small, friendly café-cum-restaurant offering a limited but carefully crafted menu of Indian dishes — both South and North Indian specialties. Our kitchen is compact and we aim to deliver quality food with flexible timings, making us ideal for someone who enjoys cooking, values consistency and thrives in a close-knit team.

What you'll be doing:

  • Prepare and cook a range of South and North Indian dishes according to our recipes and standards.
  • Manage cooking and plating of food for dine-in and takeaway.
  • Maintain kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and ensure food safety standards at all times.
  • Work flexible shifts — evenings and weekends may be required depending on service.
  • Help with basic stock/check ingredient levels and alert management when supplies are needed.
  • Occasionally assist with simple prep work and cleaning during quieter periods (especially important in a small kitchen).

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in cooking Indian cuisine (South and/or North Indian) — preparing authentic dishes.
  • Ability to handle cooking and presentation in a small kitchen environment.
  • Flexibility to work at least 30 hours per week, including evenings/weekends if needed.
  • Good hygiene practices and respect for food safety standards.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently when required.
  • Friendly attitude and willingness to be part of a small, dynamic team.
